In order for contentbird to be able to access the Search Console, it is necessary for the user whose profile is being used to access it to have unrestricted authorization or to be the owner of it

In Search Console, the permissions of individual users can be managed under Settings:

If you are not the owner of the Search Console profile, contact him and ask for the unrestricted authorization.

Only then contentbird can take over the positions of keywords, impressions, clicks and CTR from Search Console.

This Google article explains how to manage owners, users and permissions: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7687615?hl=de
