This function determines the frequency with which performance keywords are used within a content. A distinction is made between "exact coverage" = the keyword is used exactly as predefined in the text and "extended coverage". Extended coverage means: If there is a difference of maximum 3 characters between the predefined word and the one used in the text, this is not considered to have a different meaning and is therefore regarded as a different word. The so-called Levenshtein distance algorithm is used for this, here is an example for an extended coverage:

In this way, grammatical features such as the plural or inflections are usually recognized. Keywords made up of several words (so-called long-tail keywords), which are supplemented by additional words, such as article, when used in the text, are not recognized.

Example: "Merlot Südhanglage" => Merlot von der Südhanglage" would no longer be recognized as extended coverage.
