The navigation bar provides access to the contentbird file system. Here, files can be stored centrally and subsequently integrated into contents.

After a project has been selected, the file manager opens:

Files can be uploaded via the corresponding button, or simply by drag & drop. These are stored on the contentbird servers (contentbird CDN) and can be integrated into a content via the editor. The maximum file size is 8 MB.

The contentbird CDN is equally available in all projects and therefore all files located there. Therefore, it is recommended to create a corresponding project folder structure. Files can be copied or moved between folders via drag & drop:

All file operations are also available as buttons.

A preview function allows viewing images, videos, PDFs as well as listening to audio files.

As you can see from the screenshot, there is also an image editor with the most important functions like: Resize, Crop, Rotate, etc.
