How does the customer area work for contracts, invoices, and user bookings?

Access

  • Click on your name in the top right corner

  • Select “Customer Area”

👉 Only visible to admins


Features

In the customer area, you can:

  • View contract details
    (plan, modules, limits)

  • Book users & add-ons
    (directly, without contacting support)

  • Download invoices & check payment details

  • Manage customer data
    (e.g. address, contact person)


Notes

If you cannot see the customer area:

  • Check if you have admin rights

  • Or contact the responsible person in your team


Conclusion

The customer area gives you full control over contracts, invoices, and licenses—centralized, transparent, and directly within the tool.
