In addition to the AI Content Check, which shows you things like persona fit and strategy fit, you can now also create your own checks. This lets you automatically check your content against your own individual guidelines, instead of going through every text manually.
How is this different from the standard AI Content Check?
An individual check basically works the same way as the standard AI Content Check. There are two differences: you get an unlimited number of suggestions, and you can export the results.
How do I create my own check?
Under Administration > System > AI Content Brain you'll find the "Custom AI Checks" section. Click "Create new check". You can then either upload a file (e.g. a PDF with your guidelines) or describe in a prompt in more detail what should be checked.
What do I need to provide as the basis for the check?
The easiest way is a context file with your guidelines, e.g. a PDF with your style guide. Among other things, this lets you define which wording should be replaced, i.e. which terms are no longer allowed according to your guideline.
What does applying it to a text actually look like?
The check flags a no-longer-allowed term directly in the text (e.g. "sustainable", if that's no longer allowed under the guideline). Via "Start editing" and then "Apply", you can take over the suggestion directly into your content.
Can I also apply the check to several texts at once?
Content that already exists in contentbird can be checked as well. You then trigger the check via the bulk action in the pipeline, so you can check all imported texts at once instead of opening each one individually.
