To enable our Customer Support to assist you in the best possible way, you can allow them to access your instance via the Customer Support Login.
1. opening the help page
You can open the help page by clicking on the question mark in the upper right corner, to the left of your user profile:
2. unlock the customer support login.
On the help page you now determine with which user profile Customer Support should log in and until when the access should be activated:
