In order to transfer content ready for publication quickly and conveniently from contentbird to the respective CMS, the contentbird Connect Browser Extension can be used. The access to the installation is located under the user profile:

The plugin is available for Chrome and Firefox:

By clicking on the respective link, the plugin installs itself automatically in the corresponding browser. After installation, the browser extension is available at the top right, here using Firefox as an example:

After opening for the first time, contentbird subdomain and extension token must be entered:

After the browser extension has connected to your database, you can now search for the content you want to publish:

After selecting the content, the following options are available:

( 1 ) When activated, this switch allows the content to be copied in specified sections.

( 2 ) This also turns an image into a section. If a section has been copied, its text turns green.

If this switch is deactivated, own text sections are defined by marking and to be copied afterwards.

( 3 ) Further tabs in which the information from the own elements can be retrieved (e.g. Meta Title and/or Meta Description).

( 4 ) Copy the entire text.

To enter the date and cost in contentbird after publication in the CMS Content URL and to set the status to published please click on this button:

In the following mask, the current date and the URL are taken from the page on which the user is currently located. Only the costs have to be entered and the form has to be sent via Publish content.

The data is assigned to the corresponding content, the status is changed and the performance measurement can begin.
