Hint
Once data has been deleted, it cannot be undone and the information is lost.
If the data is still required, the deletion should be postponed so that the data can be exported and downloaded first.
If lead data should or must be deleted for data protection reasons, this can be done for each campaign. There are various ways to do this:
Campaign directories
Campaign directories can be found either under Campaigns > Overview
or Campaigns > Archive
or in the live integration of a format (Content Editor > Live integration
). In the tables provided with the list of available campaigns, the form for deleting personal data can be called up via the line actions:
Alternatively, one or more rows can be selected in the table by clicking on them in order to set corresponding deletion requests via the group action "delete personal data" below the table in a joint process without the form:
A dialog opens which, in addition to a confirmation prompt, also contains the option to delete lead exports that have already taken place:
After confirmation, the corresponding orders are set for the selected campaigns.
Campaign
The "Delete personal data" action can be called up in the summary of a campaign:
The form for deleting personal data opens.
Form for deleting personal data
The form offers the option of deleting all personal data previously collected as part of the campaign. The lead data and, in the case of a betting game, the player data are implicitly deleted. Optionally, exports of this data that have already taken place can be deleted:
After pressing the delete button, a corresponding order is placed in the list of deletion orders. If the deletion order was not correct, you have 10 minutes to remove it from the list below the form:
Note
After the 10 minutes have elapsed, a successful cancelation cannot be guaranteed. The display is only an approximate guide. The creation date of the order is decisive.
After the deletion order has been executed, a confirmation email is sent to the user listing which lead data was deleted with the respective run in their order.
Executed deletion orders cannot be removed from the list and are used for documentation purposes.
