If you do nothing else, we will label the checkboxes in the lead form with standard texts.

Creation

If you require a different text here, you can create this as a template in your media or create it as part of the specific campaign. You will find the following action in the medium/campaign:

In the medium, you can now create the texts for the available form checkboxes in the form of templates:

Placeholders

Depending on the type of text, there are different placeholder elements that you must insert in the texts to enable linking to the texts you have provided. These are listed in the tooltip on the field label and must be used like HTML tags in your text. You can also use the corresponding tags more than once if your text requires this.

Privacy statement

Tag: <PrivacyStatement>

The tag encloses the keyword you have selected (e.g. "privacy statement").

Example:

Our <PrivacyStatement>privacy statement</PrivacyStatement> applies.

Conditions of participation

Tag: <ParticipationConditions>

The tag encloses the keyword you have selected (e.g. "conditions of participation").

Example:

I have read the <ParticipationConditions>conditions of participation</ParticipationConditions> and accept them.

Reference to the contenbird GmbH

Tag: <DataProcessor/>

This placeholder is used in the checkbox "Data processing/forwarding by contentbird GmbH" and is replaced by us with our company name and a link to our company website.

Example:

I consent to <DataProcessor/> passing on my data to the competition organizer.

Usage

In the campaign, you can decide whether you want to use the texts defined by us ("contentbird Standard"), one of your templates from the selected medium of the campaign or individual texts. The types available depend on the lead form selected for the campaign.
