If you would like to add a new employee to your company account, please invite them via Company > Employees:

The employee then receives an email to the provided address. The message contains a link with a one-time token that enables the invited person to create a user profile in contentbird Convert and register with your company as an employee.

Once the new user has been activated, they will receive the access data for their user account in another e-mail. The activation can be carried out by our support team or by employees of the company who are in the user role Manager.
