The AI assistant guides you through the entire content marketing process. It is based on the latest version of ChatGPT, from OpenAI.
If you have booked the AI-Assistent, you can manage access to the assistant via the user administration.
Simply click on: Administration > User > Edit -> in the 3rd step you can determine whether a user should be activated or not.
Our Customer Success Team recommends the following steps to quickly start creating texts.
Activate the AI Assistant
Activate the AI Assistant by clicking the button at the top of the header.
Now you see the AI assistant.
1) In the chat, you can see your conversation history with ChatGPT.
2) In the settings you will find building blocks that you can include in your conversation to get more accurate results.
3) Under "Templates" you will find the prompts that contentbird has already made available so that you can get into doing things more quickly.
4) Placeholders are the said building blocks that you can refer to. Use these in specially written prompts to refer to the stored data. This looks something like this in the editor: "Write me a text for the target group {{persona}}".
The placeholder is then replaced by the stored data.
5) Here is your input slot. Enter your own commands here, or edit templates here to get the results you want.
6) If you want to delete all information, just start a new session. But don't worry; the sessions will still be available in the dropdown next to it.
1 Adding/creating a persona
One of the most important pieces of information for the wizard is the persona. From this, tonality, vocabulary, descriptions and much more can be derived. But developing a persona is usually a time-consuming process. Let our assistant help you with this.
Under Administration > Projects > Strategy, you can either create your existing persona or have one created for you using the template.
The information that the AI outputs to you can then be used to create a persona.
Actually, that's enough to write really good texts - but with a few additional pieces of information it gets even better!
2 Personality / Avatar
Communication with AI is like all communication. It needs a sender, a receiver and the message between the two.
The persona (step 1) is he receiver. This is where the message arrives.
The personality is the sender. So, the person who speaks.
This is particularly exciting because you can already give important Tone of Voice settings and thus save yourself over-processing steps.
You can create a persona in Administration > System > Personalities.
