The setup of the shipping information in contentbird Convert depends on which shipping address you want to use.
If you are happy for emails to be sent to an email address specified by us (e.g. no-reply@m.contentbird-convert.com), please configure your medium according to the instructions in the article "E-mail delivery (default setting)". This is the default setting that all newly created media/domains use.
If, on the other hand, you wish to use an email address on your own domain, we recommend that you do this using the procedure described in "Sending via a delegated mailing domain". This allows our service provider Inxmail to make the necessary settings for the sending domain so that the emails are delivered reliably.
We continue to offer sending directly via your own mail server, but this can lead to a very high volume of mail, which can affect your day-to-day business. We describe this in "E-mail dispatch via your own mail server".
