Introduction

Quicklinks help you quickly access frequently used pages or important links. This saves time in your daily work, as you don’t have to manually search for specific pages or tools each time.

Function Overview

The Quicklinks feature allows you to centrally store important URLs. These links can lead to pages within contentbird as well as to external websites or tools.

You can access Quicklinks via the link icon in the top right corner of the navigation. Clicking on it opens an overview of your saved links, where you can quickly access all stored pages.

Quicklinks are especially useful for content or tools you use regularly, such as specific projects, external platforms, or internal documentation.

Usage and Setup

To use Quicklinks, open the feature via the link icon in the top navigation.

There, you can save your most important URLs and access them at any time.

Typical examples of Quicklinks include:

  • Frequently used pages within contentbird

  • External tools or platforms

  • Internal documents or project pages

By saving these links, you can jump directly to the relevant pages without having to search for them.

Conclusion

Quicklinks are a simple way to make your daily work in contentbird more efficient. By storing important pages in one central place, you get quick access to all relevant resources and can complete your tasks faster.
