The following data types can be organized into campaigns:
Contents
Social posts
Tasks
Own events
Employees
Keywords
Campaigns can be created in two ways. Firstly, within the project, and secondly, within the campaign view as part of the calendar - see section 2 for more details).
At the project level, you can find the campaign management under: Administration > Projects:

1.1 Deleting a campaign
In the campaign management, the campaigns can also be deleted again:
1.2 Assigning keywords to a campaign
Keywords can also be assigned to one or more campaigns of a project, this is done under: Administration > Projects > Keywords
Then select keywords and assign them to the desired campaigns using the blue menu at the bottom of the page:
2. ) Campaign view
Under Planning & Creation > Calendar, next to the overall view, there is the campaign view:
After selecting the project, the associated campaigns appear arranged on a campaign year timeline. If you now click on a corresponding campaign, you will get to the individual events of this campaign below - in the detailed weekly view:
On the right above the campaign timeline there is also the possibility to create new campaigns:
3) Global project/campaign filter
The aforementioned filter is an important tool that makes the work easier, because it allows you to preselect the project and campaign(s). All further actions then refer to this selection and it does not have to be done again in the individual sections of the tool.
4) Conclusion
Organizing the content creation process and publishing in campaigns ensures a smooth process. Dependencies and deadlines become visible, collaboration is facilitated: goal achievement is ensured.
