Getting Started on the Dashboard

On the dashboard, you’ll find the “Getting Started” widget. It provides an introduction to the platform and helpful tips to make onboarding easier.

If this widget is not visible, you can re-enable it at any time via “Edit Dashboard.”


contentbird FAQ Portal

In the main menu, you will also find the section “Help” → “FAQ.” This takes you to contentbird’s knowledge base.

Using the search field, you can look for specific topics or features, such as:

  • Workflows

  • Roles

  • Editor

  • Strategic content planning

The FAQ portal contains numerous articles and step-by-step guides explaining how to use different features in contentbird.

Live Chat in the Tool

If you need personal assistance, you can use the live chat directly within the platform. The chat button is located in the bottom right corner.

Click on “Send us a message” to contact the support team. In many cases, you’ll receive a faster response here than via email.

If the chat is not visible, you can enable it in your settings:

  • Click the question mark icon next to your username in the top right corner

  • Activate the “Live Chat” option
